If you don't write scripts for your animations, I suggest you start. Your jokes are very bland and took too long to execute. (too much dialog in the joke)
If you actually do write scripts, work on your material :P
Don't distort or reverb your voice too much because I couldn't make out anything at the parts you did.
Also try running it at 24 fps, make all keyframes twice as long, and all the animations should be a lot smoother.
Other than that, good flash from someone as old as you sound.

I DID write a script. Back then I sucked much worse at Flash, and now my stuff is at 30 FPS!
